We are searching for the best talent for a Principal Scientist, CAR Screening and Lead Selection (CGM), to be based in Cambridge, MA. Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Scientist to join our CAR Screening and Lead Selection team focused on advancing next-generation cell therapies. The Principal Scientist will work with team leadership to develop and execute the scientific strategy to select CAR-T candidates and generate data sets that drive pipeline progression. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $117,000.00 – $201,250.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
