Principal Scientist – Medicinal Chemistry
Let's do this. Let's change the world. In this vital role you will part of an innovative Medicinal Chemistry group, with responsibilities including (but not limited to) the design, synthesis, and purification of novel compounds for potential clinical drug development. This will also include the opportunity to work within Amgen's Induced Proximity Platform (IPP), which is focused on novel and innovative approaches to modulate intractable targets in diseases using the emerging PROTAC modality.
This is an onsite laboratory position at our South San Francisco site.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of scientific experience or
Master's degree and 5 years of scientific experience or
Bachelor's degree and 7 years of scientific experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
