We are looking for new Process Scientists/Engineers to support our transition from project to operation in a state-of-the-art API manufacturing environment.
Your new role As an Process Scientist/Engineer, you will work hands-on with process understanding, monitoring, and continuous improvement in pharmaceutical production. You'll combine scientific thinking with data-driven methods to help ensure stable, compliant, and efficient manufacturing performance as we ramp up and move into full operations. Your new department At Novo Nordisk Manufacturing Kalundborg, you will become part of a leading production hub for API manufacturing, producing insulins and GLP‑1 analogues that support millions of people living with diabetes and other chronic diseases. With more than 3,400 colleagues on site, you will join a thriving environment where innovation, process expertise, and technology go hand in hand. You'll work alongside passionate specialists who continuously improve how we manufacture—helping strengthen performance, quality, and patient impact.
Please note: there will be manufacturing, storage or handling of semi-finished or finished GLP‑1 products in the work location (building), regardless of whether you will directly handle the products.
Your skills and qualifications We're looking for candidates with a quality mindset, curiosity for process and technology, and the ability to work collaboratively in a regulated environment. Pharmaceutical and GMP experience is an advantage, and we expect most successful candidates will bring some relevant experience—however, we encourage motivated early-career profiles with strong fundamentals to apply. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 570,200 to 838,100 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate's skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience. Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
