Applications are invited for one to two postdoctoral researcher positions in the research group led by Prof. Jianjian Lin at Qingdao University of Science and Technology (QUST). Requirements

1. Be in good health, with a positive work ethic, and strong teamwork and communication skills.
2. Hold a Ph.D. degree awarded within the last three years.
3. Generally, be under the age of 35.
4. Demonstrate a strong passion for scientific research, a rigorous approach, clear academic goals, and the ability to work independently.
5. The candidate should have first-author publications in reputable journals ( JACS, Angewandte Chemie, Advanced Materials, AEM, and Nature-indexed titles) and be proficient in English reading and writing.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct innovative research in the group’s core focus areas.
2. Assist the supervisor in mentoring graduate students and in the application and management of research projects.
3. Publish high-quality academic papers and participate actively in academic exchanges.

Remuneration and Benefits

The position offers competitive salary and performance-based research incentives in accordance with Qingdao University of Science and Technology’s postdoctoral policies.
