Research Assistant Position

We are looking for a research assistant to conduct research on 3D reconstruction, with a particular focus on developing advanced 3D Gaussian Splatting techniques for dynamic and streaming scenarios. The role will involve designing and implementing novel algorithms for efficient, high-fidelity 3D scene reconstruction and representation, including applications in embodied environments where an agent must continuously perceive, update, and reason about its surrounding world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data collection and processing
• Conducting experiments and analyzing results
• Providing general support for the lab

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Knowledge and experience in world model, computer vision and deep learning
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in basics of programming languages such as Python
• Self-motivated and takes initiative
