Research Assistant Position

Innovative Electronic & Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i–Lab@NTU) led by Prof. Mohammad Samizadeh Nikoo is seeking for a research assistant. The role will focus on fabrication, simulation, and characterization of high-speed nano-devices.

Key Responsibilities:

Experimental characterization, simulation, and analysis of ultrafast devices.
Design of ultrafast circuits operating based on i–Lab innovative devices.
Providing general research support to i–Lab@NTU.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field
Familiarity with micro and nano device fabrication and characterization
Proficiency in fundamentals of electrical engineering, in particular electromagnetics theory and numerical techniques
Good written and oral communication skills
