The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) is a research-intensive school at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, comprising the Division of Mathematical Sciences and the Division of Physics and Applied Physics. The key objective is to support efforts to advance cutting-edge research and graduate education in mathematics, physics, and interdisciplinary scientific fields, while fostering innovation and addressing important scientific and technological challenges. Over the years, SPMS has attracted talented individuals from around the world and Singapore to join as scientific leaders and researchers.
We are looking for a Research Assistant to support research in AI-enabled seismic data analysis. The role will focus on conducting fieldwork operations, preprocessing seismic data, developing and applying AI-based tools for ambient noise data analysis.
