At DJS Antibodies, we are committed to creating the next generation of antibody therapeutics and, in doing so, improving outcomes for patients with life-changing immunological diseases and cancers. As a biotech company within AbbVie, we combine the agility, team spirit and scientific focus of a biotech with the scale, resources and vision of a global pharmaceutical company. Having already advanced a number of drug candidates, we are excited to continue growing our portfolio and increasing our impact on patients' lives.
A key part of achieving our vision is working with exceptional people, and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and talented Research Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will carry out laboratory experiments using cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA, imaging and a variety of assay techniques to support therapeutic antibody discovery/development across DJS projects. You will play a key role as part of the team, contributing to the delivery of life changing therapeutics.
We are looking for a practical, organised and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in getting the job done efficiently. Previous experience across a range of laboratory techniques is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
At DJS, we are passionate about fostering innovative scientists and delivering cutting-edge science. The successful applicant will have excellent opportunities for career development, whether in scientific research or laboratory/operations management. In addition, the role offers exposure to all aspects of R&D and to the broader business both at DJS and across AbbVie.
