Air Traffic Management Research Institute (ATMRI) is a research institute at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, supported by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). The key objective of ATMRI is to support research and innovation in air traffic management. ATMRI focuses on developing practical and data-driven solutions for complex aviation systems, in close collaboration with industry and international partners.
We are looking for a Research Fellow to conduct research on human factors and cognitive systems in air traffic management (ATM), with a focus on operator cognitive load, situational awareness, and decision-support interfaces for air traffic controllers. The role will involve designing and evaluating human-in-the-loop tools using methods such as eye-tracking, physiological sensing, and uncertainty visualization, contributing to the advancement of research and innovation at Nanyang Technological University.
