We're looking for a Research Fellow in Mixed Methods to join our team and help deliver a faculty-wide initiative to strengthen and embed a positive, inclusive and sustainable research culture. You will lead a structured programme of consultation, mapping and evaluation across FPHS, and help shape our research environment.
If you believe you meet the requirements, come and be part of this exciting opportunity to enhance research culture across UCL's Faculty of Population Health Sciences. You will hold a PhD in a relevant social science discipline (or have equivalent research experience) and have strong expertise in qualitative and mixed-methods research, including the use of software such as NVivo or MaxQDA. You will possess excellent analytical, written and presentation skills, a good understanding of information governance and data security, and the ability to manage your workload independently to deliver high-quality outputs to deadline. A commitment to advancing equality, diversity and inclusion is essential.

We are committed to equality of opportunity, to being fair and inclusive, and to being a place where we all belong. We therefore particularly encourage applications from candidates who are likely to be underrepresented in UCL's workforce. These include people from Black, Asian and ethnic minority backgrounds; disabled people; LGBTQI+ people; and for our Grade 9 and 10 roles, women.
