This role is based in Cambridge, MA, and does not have the ability to be located remotely. The Novartis BioMedical Research Oncology Disease Area is seeking an experienced scientist to join the Target Biology and Discovery (TBaD) group. The mission of our group is to uncover novel therapeutic targets and effective modalities to benefit cancer patients. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, innovative screening approaches, and in-depth mechanistic studies, the team initiates the crucial first steps in bringing new oncology medicines to the clinic.

The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards. US-based eligible employees will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, life and disability benefits, a 401(k) with company contribution and match, and a variety of other benefits. Salary Range: $81,200.00 – $150,800.00
