At Novartis, we're seeking a passionate and experienced Research Scientist to join our Immunology Department in Basel. In this hands-on laboratory role, you'll play a critical part in designing, executing, and interpreting innovative in vivo and ex vivo studies that advance our understanding of disease biology and therapeutic mechanisms. Working alongside talented scientific teams, you'll help generate high-quality data, influence project decisions, and contribute directly to the discovery and development of medicines that may redefine patient care.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role:
The salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters. Further details will be provided during the application process.
