We are seeking a highly motivated Research Technician II directly reporting to Dr. Jessica Kotov. The role of this position is to assist with wet lab experiments related to pre-clinical development of CAR immunotherapies against small cell lung carcinoma. The technician will assist with in vitro cytotoxicity assays and CRISPR screens to identify gene perturbations in CAR T cells that enhance tumor cell killing and T cell persistence. The position also assists with mouse experiments to study CAR T cell efficacy. Assists with the technical aspects of studies and experiments, including documentation and preparation of materials.

Salary Range: $16.92 – $26.44 / Hourly The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
