Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc… allowed, Laboratory Setting, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.), Warehouse, Will work with hazardous/toxic materials, Working at heights

DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for safe and efficient large-scale formulations, and analysis of ThermoFisher Scientific products. Duties include cleaning, assembling and disassembling equipment, maintaining a safe & clean working environment, involvement in process development, and achieving production goals relative to schedule and quality. Occasional assistance in other departments such as Quality Control, Packaging, and other departments may also be required. Process documentation is maintained in the form of batch record sheets, reports and lab notebooks. All operations are conducted under the direction of senior personnel, with emphasis on safety and within the guidelines and requirements of ISO production environments.
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $22.26–$31.01.
