The Scientist I, Radiochemistry – Isotope Production will be responsible for taking a lead technical role in both R&D radiochemical and analytical methods supporting various isotope programs at RayzeBio. The Scientist's role will be to support the development, optimization, and scale-up of radiochemical processes to produce Actinium-225 through cyclotron irradiation of Radium-226 targets. This role will focus on radiochemical separations, process engineering, automation, and manufacturing readiness associated with alpha-emitting isotopes. This individual will play a key role in translating laboratory-scale concepts into robust, scalable production processes suitable for implementation in shielded hot cells and GMP manufacturing facilities. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required to bring technical expertise to RayzeBio initiatives.

Compensation Overview:
Indianapolis – RayzeBio – IN: $96,148 – $116,508
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee's work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Paid Time Off
Based on eligibility*, additional time off for employees may include unlimited paid sick time, up to 2 paid volunteer days per year, summer hours flexibility, leaves of absence for medical, personal, parental, caregiver, bereavement, and military needs and an annual Global Shutdown between Christmas and New Years Day.
All global employees full and part-time who are actively employed at and paid directly by BMS at the end of the calendar year are eligible to take advantage of the Global Shutdown.
