Lilly operates a new state of the art Parenteral, Device Assembly, and Packaging Facility located at the Research Triangle Park (RTP) in North Carolina. This is an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of the Industrial Hygiene program for the site.
The Industrial Hygiene (IH) Specialist will be responsible for the development and technical support of all IH related programs at the RTP site and work closely with multiple internal and corporate stakeholders. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: regulatory, best practice, and corporate IH compliance for the site, coordination of all IH activities for the site, IH studies and action plan execution, and influencing business and strategic planning.
The IH Specialist provides coaching to the organization to ensure a high level of industrial hygiene and chemical hazard protection for employees.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $65,250 – $95,700.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance). In addition, Lilly offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees.
