AbbVie's Immunology R&D organization is expanding its early discovery team at the Cambridge Research Center in Cambridge, MA. We are seeking a highly motivated Scientist I to join our Respiratory Discovery team and contribute to the identification and validation of novel therapeutics for inflammatory lung diseases. The Cambridge-based early discovery team integrates human disease transcriptomic and multi-omic data sets with mechanistic in vitro studies to elucidate disease-driving pathways and advance innovative therapeutic strategies. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing support and the development of preclinical in vitro and in vivo models for respiratory diseases.
The ideal candidate is scientifically curious, collaborative, enthusiastic, skilled, and dedicated. This position requires passion, attention to detail, prior hands-on experience, and teamwork within a fast-paced drug discovery environment.

Pay Range: $75000 – 142500 USD
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
