Support the STAR Team's educational initiatives through professional learning, technical assistance, resource development, and analysis. Contribute to assigned activities and deliverables across projects in accordance with applicable Required Activities Documents and project workplans. Assignments will reflect team priorities and evolving project needs.
Professional Learning and Technical Assistance Plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate professional learning, coaching, and technical assistance for educators and other stakeholders across assigned STAR Team projects. Support facilitator preparation and implementation of evidence-based practices in accordance with applicable Required Activities Documents and project workplans.
Resource Development Analysis and Project Support Develop, review, and revise training materials, implementation resources, and other assigned deliverables. Collect and analyze project data and feedback to inform improvements. Participate in planning and coordination meetings, maintain documentation of activities and progress, and contribute to reporting and quality assurance.
STAR Team Collaboration and Additional Project Support Support additional STAR Team initiatives as assigned based on team priorities and project needs. Collaborate with colleagues and partners to share expertise, coordinate activities, and complete project deliverables.
A Master's Degree
6 years of relevant experience
Experience in K–12 education providing evidence-based instruction or intervention; developing and delivering professional learning for educators; and supporting implementation of instructional practices. Experience collaborating with teams, developing instructional or training resources, and using data to inform decisions and improvements.
Relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
Doctoral Degree
10 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), including evidence-based reading or mathematics instruction and intervention. Experience providing educator coaching, technical assistance, and training of trainers; facilitating virtual professional learning; and contributing to state-level or grant-funded education initiatives.
