As a Formulation Scientist, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative liquid dietary supplement products while working with customers, scientists, and cross-functional teams across the business. What You Will Do

• Develop and test liquid dietary supplement formulations that meet customer and business requirements.
• Analyze formulation data, maintain laboratory records, and document results in the global formulation database.
• Partner with Quality Assurance and Regulatory teams to support compliant product development and material assessments.
• Review and approve manufacturing documentation, including Master Batch Records and formulation-related records.
• Train and mentor new team members and interns while supporting knowledge sharing across the team.
• Manage laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, supplier support, and laboratory scheduling.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance laboratory efficiency, product quality, and business performance.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Food Science, Natural Medicine, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience developing liquid dietary supplement formulations.
• Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and other regulations relevant to the dietary supplement industry.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with laboratory documentation and computer-based systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
