We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Scientist to join our research team focused on innovative oligonucleotide therapeutics strategies. The Senior Scientist will lead projects to develop novel oligonucleotide delivery methods and optimize approaches for oligonucleotide therapeutics quantification across diverse biological matrices; will collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and participate in strategic planning. Responsibilities include mentoring junior scientists, managing laboratory resources, and preparing scientific reports and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid base in molecular biology, nucleic acid technologies, and antibody engineering, with a consistent track record to drive innovation in oligonucleotide-related fields.
