About the role: The Oncology Translational Research (OTR) group in Biomedical Research is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a scientist investigating mechanisms of efficacy and resistance to cutting-edge cancer therapies in prostate cancer. Working collaboratively with groups across the drug development spectrum (target identification, drug discovery, data science, and early clinical development groups), you will design and execute translational studies. You will dissect mechanisms of therapeutic efficacy and uncover both intrinsic and acquired resistance pathways and translate these insights into next-generation strategies that enhance efficacy, durability, and/or safety of clinically validated targets. As part of a larger team, your work will serve as the basis for patient stratification and development of new therapeutic strategies to improve patient response and overall outcome.

The salary for this position is expected to range between $93,000 and $174,000 per year.
The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience, and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically. Novartis may change the published salary range based on company and market factors.
Your compensation will include a performance-based cash incentive and, depending on the level of the role, eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards.
