We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Scientist, CAR Screening and Lead Selection (CGM), to be based in Cambridge, MA. Purpose: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our CAR Screening and Lead Selection, Cell & Genetic Medicines team focused on advancing next-generation cell therapies. The Senior Scientist will design, execute, and analyze in vitro assays to characterize and select CAR-T candidates, supporting data-driven decisions that drive pipeline progression. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge technologies.

This is an on-site lab-based role; candidates must be comfortable with extensive bench work and collaborative team science. This role may require up to 10% travel.
