We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist in Stromal Immunology to be fully lab based at our company's Cambridge location. In this role you will evaluate and apply novel experimental approaches, partnering across departments with discovery teams to implement cutting-edge laboratory technologies. You will drive the identification of innovative therapeutic targets and contribute directly to the development of new therapies and medicines that improve patient lives. We are seeking an enthusiastic scientist with a strong track record of delivering timely, robust data packages. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, able to design and execute their own experiments, and comfortable taking projects from conception through to clear, reproducible results. You should be proactive in problem-solving, able to communicate findings effectively to multidisciplinary teams, and committed to advancing research that leads to novel therapies and improved patient outcomes.

The salary range for this role is $119,100.00 – $187,500.00. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
