This is a hands-on, physically demanding and mentally challenging role where you'll provide daily, high-quality animal husbandry, support breeding programmes and help ensure the smooth running of our facilities. You'll work closely with colleagues, communicate clearly, manage your time effectively, and uphold high welfare and safety standards. Some out-of-hours and weekend work will be required. The role offers excellent opportunities for career progression and the chance to apply and develop a wide range of transferable skills, including teamwork, organisation, communication and problem-solving.

You genuinely care about animals and ideally have experience in animal husbandry. You're reliable, detail-focused, a strong team player, and confident using IT systems and recording data accurately. Flexibility, good communication and a proactive approach are essential to thriving in this challenging environment.
