Salary: The budgeted salary range for the position is $180,000 to $320,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity.

Position Summary
The Department of Pathology at the University of Illinois at Chicago is seeking a full-time academic dermatopathologist to join our faculty serving as an expert consultant. Rank and tenure will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and funding.

This position will provide advanced dermatopathology expertise and collaboration with clinicians and basic science investigators. In addition, opportunities exist to participate in other sub-specialty pathology diagnostic services at the University of Illinois at Chicago, depending on qualifications and interest.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must hold an MD, DO, MD/PhD, DO/PhD, or an equivalent medical degree, be eligible for a medical license in Illinois, and have board certification in Anatomic Pathology (AP) or Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP). Board eligibility or certification in dermatopathology is preferred.
