We are seeking highly motivated postdoctoral fellows to lead groundbreaking research in neurodevelopmental disorders and Alzheimer’s Disease. Our NIH- and Alzheimer’s Association-funded projects aim to uncover fundamental mechanisms of neuron-glia communication, synaptic transmission, and neural circuit dynamics, with direct implications for understanding and treating neurological disorders.

Open Positions
1. Neurodevelopmental Disorders
Focus on synaptic and circuit-level mechanisms underlying autism spectrum disorder. Utilize advanced techniques such as in vivo imaging, patch-clamp electrophysiology, and live-cell imaging.
2. Alzheimer’s Disease
Investigate neuron-glia interactions and synaptic dysfunction in Alzheimer’s models. Contribute to manuscript preparation, grant writing, and mentorship of junior researchers.
Qualifications
- Required:
- Ph.D. in neuroscience, neurophysiology, or a related field
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Ability to design and execute independent research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferred:
- Experience with in vivo imaging/recording, patch-clamp, or live-cell imaging
- Prior research experience in Alzheimer’s Disease
