At Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai in collaboration with NIRRCH, Mumbai as a part of PhD work: Formulation and evaluation of polymeric nanoparticles based intranasal mucosal nanovaccine, physiochemical evaluation, safety and immunogenecity studies on rodents.

At Sri Ramachandra University Chennai, during my MSc in Human genetics: CYP1A1 gene ile462val polymorphism and its association to ovarian cancer.
Study of the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in CYP1A1 gene at ile462val (rs1048943) site which is A/G single base substitution at position 2455 in the heme binding region of exon 7; to observe whether it is related with ovarian cancer in South Indian female population using DNA isolate from peripheral blood samples of case and control subjects.
