The Assistant to the Chief (Endocrinology) serves as the primary point of contact and strategic administrative partner to the Division Chief. This high-level role manages complex scheduling, orchestrates travel logistics, and oversees the administrative processes for faculty recruitment, appointments, promotions, and guest lecturer visits. Additionally, the successful candidate will facilitate the division's weekly academic conferences and social events, manages procurement for administrative needs, and serves as the vital on-site operational contact for the floor. This position requires a highly organized, proactive professional capable of navigating a fast-paced academic medical environment.
