Scientific Documentation & Enablement Specialist (Large Molecule Discovery Informatics)

In this vital and exciting role, you will serve as a Scientific Documentation & Enablement Specialist who will support the adoption and effective use of complex scientific and informatics workflows across Large Molecule Discovery (LMD). This role serves as a bridge between technical development teams and scientific end users by creating clear, accurate, and accessible documentation that guides research users and new hires. The specialist will translate multifaceted workflow steps, decision points, system interactions, and expected outputs into practical guidance that supports consistent day-to-day execution.
Working closely with scientists, informaticians, software engineers, and workflow owners, this individual will develop and maintain user-facing documentation, quick reference guides (QRGs), training materials, and workflow guidance that help researchers understand how to complete complex processes accurately and efficiently. The role will also help establish documentation standards and best practices that promote consistency, usability, and adoption across the LMD informatics ecosystem.
This position is ideal for someone with a scientific background who enjoys organizing complex workflow information and communicating it in a way that is intuitive, actionable, and meaningful to research users.
