Genethra is seeking an AI & Bioethics Researcher to support ethical governance for advanced AI, genomics, enhancement technologies, genetic interventions, and long-term societal impact. This role helps ensure research is guided by care, responsibility, equity, and foresight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop ethical frameworks for AI-guided biology, genetic medicine, and human enhancement.
• Analyze long-term risks, benefits, and societal implications.
• Support internal governance processes and decision-making.
• Prepare ethics briefs, impact assessments, and policy-facing documents.
• Engage with scientists, leadership, regulators, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Background in bioethics, AI ethics, philosophy of technology, science policy, law, public health, or related field.
• Strong writing and analytical reasoning skills.
• Familiarity with genetics, biotechnology, AI, or emerging technology policy.
• Ability to work with technical and scientific teams.
• Strong commitment to responsible innovation and human flourishing.
