Do you want to contribute to improving human health? As a biomedical systems developer, you will work in Dr. Mikael Benson's research group for medical digital twins at the division for ear, nose and throat diseases at the department of clinical science, intervention and technology (CLINTEC). This involves responsibility for the development of computational methods for various aspects of high-resolution identification of disease mechanisms, biomarkers and drug targets. We offer a dynamic environment at the forefront of research in these areas, which promotes innovation and exploration in the field.
In the role of biomedical systems developer you will work in a multidisciplinary project that aims to identify disease mechanisms, biomarkers and drug targets for early diagnosis and prevention of cancer. Your tasks include being responsible for the development and application of machine learning and statistical methods regarding such mechanisms, biomarkers and chemically evaluating drug targets in collaboration with Dr. Benson and compiling data for publication and presentations. In addition, you will collaborate with researchers in Sweden and internationally and participate in various project meetings within the framework of EU projects.
