We are looking for a motivated computational biologist / bioinformatician to explore how microbial communities function using metaproteomics and metagenomics data.
You will work with unique large-scale datasets (including >1,800 Candida albicans strains and patient cohorts) to investigate how strain-level proteomic variation in fungal communities relates to host immune responses and clinical outcomes such as colonization, infection, and inflammatory disease.
