This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, and the salary will be commensurate with experience in accordance with the Academic Teaching Staff Agreement.
Location – This role is based out of the North Campus, Edmonton, and teaches directly at Alberta International School of Recreation, Sport and Tourism of Beijing Sport University (AIS) in Hainan Province, China.
The Faculty of Kinesiology, Sport, and Recreation (KSR) currently has 5 full-time sessional teaching vacancies for 2026/2027 at the Alberta International School of Recreation, Sport and Tourism of Beijing Sport University (AIS) in Hainan Province, China. The Faculty of KSR is looking for a number of full-time instructors to teach the following courses during the 2026/2027 School Year.
Term dates: Fall term starts in September with instruction completion prior to the University of Alberta Winter Closure. The Winter term (AIS refers to this as Spring term) begins in February. Exact term start dates TBD- dates vary each year due to holidays and other events.
