Lecturer in Mathematics

Applications are invited for a full-time Lecturer in Mathematics. This post is available from 1st September 2026 or as soon as possible thereafter.

An outstanding candidate will have a strong track record in carrying out and disseminating outstanding research in applied or pure mathematics, and has experience working with MSci, MSc or PhD students. The candidate should have experience in teaching mathematics and supporting teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate level. The candidate should have experience in generating income to support research, and seeking to maximise the impact of the research.
