A postdoctoral fellow position is available to investigate the interface between epigenetics and metabolism in the lab of Dr. Shannon Lauberth in collaboration with Dr. Issam Ben-Sahra within the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Genetics at Northwestern University. The fellow will investigate how transcriptional regulators impact nucleotide metabolism and gene expression to uncover novel molecular mechanisms that link epigenetic regulation to metabolic pathways. This project will employ advanced genomic, proteomic, and metabolomic tools to map these regulatory networks.
