Eli Lilly and Company's Immunology organization is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to lead a mechanistic research program comparing two clinically important T cell–redirecting immunotherapy platforms: bispecific T cell engagers (TCEs) and chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapies, including transient mRNA-encoded CAR approaches. This is a unique opportunity to conduct hypothesis-driven, publication-caliber research at the interface of basic immunology and translational drug discovery, embedded within an active, industry-leading immunology discovery team.
The postdoctoral fellow will design and execute a systematic, multi-aim research program using established internal reagents, cell lines, and assay platforms, with the goal of generating valuable mechanistic insights.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $58,000 – $123,200.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
