Research Engineer in Robotics, Perception and Learning

The division of robotics, perception, and learning is looking for a research engineer. You will work with the research projects that are ongoing at the division or in the laboratories that the division has. Working with courses and other education at RPL may also be included in the tasks.

Qualifications

Requirements

• A graduate degree or an advanced level (higher education) in the research subject or equivalent competence.

Preferred qualifications

• We prefer if you have previous subject expertise or professional skill within the subject.
• We are looking for someone with the ability to collaborate and work independently, together with an awareness.
• Self-motivated character and willing to work with real robots.
• Knowledge of PyTorch and hands-on Python programming.
• Knowledge of machine learning and robotics, or foundation models.
• Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with specific focus on gender equality

Great emphasis will be placed on personal skills.
