Research Fellow Position

School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering is one of the founding schools of the Nanyang Technological University. We are seeking a research fellow to join the innovative electronic and electromagnetic devices laboratory (i–lab). The position will focus on the development and study of ultrafast nanodevices operating at the frontier of electronics and photonics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices.
• Cleanroom fabrication of micro and nano-devices
• Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices.
• General support to i–lab@ntu

Job Requirements:

• PhD qualification degree in electrical engineering, physics, materials science, or related field
• Background in design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices/circuits
• Strong publication record in device physics/engineering
• Good written and oral communication skills
