This role involves research in a cognitive neuroscience laboratory, including brain imaging analysis, and brain data collection. As such, this position requires working on campus in a lab from time to time. It also involves travel to conferences and meetings to support funders. This role is eligible for hybrid working. This appointment is subject to UCL Terms and Conditions of Service for Research and Professional Services Staff. This appointment is subject to UCL Terms and Conditions of Service for Academic Staff.
This candidate is expected to make an intellectual contribution to the scholarship of felt safety post trauma, inter-group conflict, violence, and displacement, as well as possess the technical skills to complete functional and structural analysis of large brain imaging data sets. The candidate should aspire to being an academic researcher, and is expected to present at and attend conferences, supervise doctoral, master's and bachelor's students, assist with teaching when on offer, interact with funders, publish manuscripts, and conduct high-quality scientific research.
