Work alongside leading researchers shaping impactful health studies
The Opportunity
Join a collaborative research environment within the Cognitive Neurology Laboratory at the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health, contributing to the coordination and delivery of a large pharmacological study exploring decision-making and motivation in healthy young adults. This role is integral to the effective running of study activities, including participant screening, scheduling, and administering behavioral tasks, while supporting rigorous data collection and the delivery of high-quality research outcomes.
Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality research and administrative support across the study lifecycle. This includes maintaining accurate records, contributing to data analysis and reporting, and ensuring adherence to established research protocols, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. The role also provides opportunities to contribute to broader laboratory activities, supporting ongoing projects and fostering a collaborative and continuously improving research environment.
We are seeking someone with a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent practical experience aligned to the discipline, together with demonstrated experience administering behavioral tasks in cognitive neuroscience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and produce clear, accurate documentation. Experience in pharmacological studies involving human participants, including participant screening, is also advantageous.
If you are motivated to contribute to high-quality research in a supportive and intellectually engaging environment, we encourage you to apply.
