The Grither lab in Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a highly motivated Research Technician II to join our team. Applicants with a background in molecular and cell biology or signaling transduction are encouraged to apply. Dr. Grither's research focuses on tumor-microenvironment interactions and metastasis with a focus in ovarian cancer models. This research works to better understand the unique cell-cell interactions and signaling pathways present in the ovarian tumor-microenvironment in an effort to tackle the fundamental challenges in tumor biology including dysregulated signaling, metastasis, treatment resistance, and recurrence. Successful candidate will also participate in translational efforts in this area. Assists with the technical aspects of studies and experiments, including documentation and preparation of materials.
