The Choi Lab in the Department of Medicine, Division of Oncology, is seeking a Staff Scientist. Area of expertise: Transplant Immunology focused on T cells. The lab is looking for a scientist to work on T cell biology in mouse models of diseases, including graft-vs-host disease (GvHD), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and/or experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE). Using unbiased genome-wide CRISPR/Cas9 guide RNA library screens and whole kinome analyses, the lab has identified promising novel therapeutic targets. Designs research protocols. Assists in developing and conducting research projects, including experiment design, data analysis and documentation of experiment results.
