Are you driven to transform cutting-edge immunology into therapies that make a tangible difference for patients? Do you thrive in fast-moving scientific environments where not all the answers are known yet? Join a lab dedicated to discovering, validating, and advancing novel targets using human in vitro systems and primary and disease tissue-derived cells.
In this role, you will connect deep biological insight to decision-making in drug discovery. Working in state-of-the-art labs alongside accomplished scientists, you will characterize immune pathways in health and disease, design and optimize assays, and generate data that shape program strategy. Expect high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to publish impactful work while building capabilities that accelerate medicines to patients.
When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. In-person working gives us the platform we need to connect, work at pace and challenge perceptions. That's why we work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office. But that doesn't mean we're not flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and ambitious world.
Here, curiosity meets purpose. You will join a community that pushes boundaries with the latest science and technology, values kindness alongside ambition, and learns openly from critique to get to better solutions. We bring different disciplines together around the bench, move quickly through uncertainty, and take smart risks to speed new medicines to patients worldwide. Your ideas and data will be seen, tested and acted on, giving you the platform to grow while contributing to research that delivers clear, tangible impact for society.
If you are ready to turn bold immunology into real-world medicines, step into our Waltham labs and help shape what comes next—send your CV and make your move today.
