We are seeking an eager and adaptable scientist with the willingness to grow within cell culture development & commercialization to support our ever growing and dynamic late-stage biologics pipeline within the expansive Biologics S&T portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lab Operations (Primary Focus): Execute and support lab-scale mammalian cell culture runs, including bioreactor setup, operation, monitoring, sampling, and troubleshooting. Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution of lab activities.
• Technical Strategy: Support cell culture process development, process characterization and regulatory filing activities to ensure a smooth and clear path to successful PPQs and BLAs for the company's pipeline.
• Technical knowledge: Fundamental knowledge with mammalian cell culture processing of biologics (large molecule products).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve program goals as One Team.
• Problem Solving: Trouble shooting equipment and cell culture anomalies.
• Communication: Foster collaboration and ensure transparency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Innovation: Support business improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Biological Engineering, or comparable discipline with 2+ years of experience.
