The Role:
Join our Discovery team as a Scientist, Radiochemistry, and help advance the next generation of radiopharmaceuticals from our onsite laboratories in Hamilton, Ontario. In this hands-on role, you will design and execute radiolabeling workflows across a variety of targeting modalities—from small molecules to mAbs—and isotopes to enable biological studies and early drug discovery. You will contribute to the preparation, purification, and characterization of novel radioconjugates, support precursor synthesis, and drive data analysis that informs program decision-making. Success in this position calls for strong experimental rigor, meticulous documentation, and proactive collaboration with operations and health physics to maintain safe, efficient lab operations. Annual base salary for this position ranges from 82,377.60 to 108,120.60.

The range provided in this posting represents an offer pay range used in a majority of situations. In addition, our permanent positions offer an annual Variable Pay Bonus/Short Term Incentive opportunity as well as eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (if applicable to role). Benefits offered for permanent roles include a competitive Flex Benefits & Retirement Savings Program, 4 weeks' paid vacation, and annual Personal Days.
