You will design and deliver data science solutions that inform decisions and improve health outcomes. You will work closely with analytics, technology and business partners to build models, production-ready pipelines and clear visual stories. We value curiosity, collaboration and practical impact. Responsibilities:

• Design, build and validate machine learning and statistical models for segmentation, optimisation and impact measurement.
• Develop reproducible data pipelines and production-ready assets using Python, SQL and cloud or distributed compute tools.
• Analyse experiments and observational studies using appropriate causal and statistical methods to measure impact.
• Create clear visualisations and concise presentations that translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, deliver on time and support adoption of analytic solutions.
• Contribute to code quality, testing, documentation and reproducible workflows.

Why You? Basic Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in data analytics, applied statistics or data science roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL; experience with Spark or PySpark is a plus.
• Practical experience building and evaluating supervised and unsupervised machine learning models.
• Experience communicating results clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• This role is hybrid in India, with on-site presence as agreed with the hiring manager.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with cloud platforms and data engineering tools such as Azure, AWS or Databricks.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau or ThoughtSpot.
• Experience with experimental design, A/B testing or causal inference methods.
• Knowledge of natural language processing or generative AI techniques.
• Previous experience in healthcare, life sciences or commercial analytics.
• Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Location and working model:

This role is based in India and follows a hybrid working model. You will balance focused on-site collaboration with remote work, as agreed with your manager.
