This is an exciting internal opportunity for a Senior Lecturer to focus their efforts on leveraging an established record of achievement in teaching Dental Public Health and Oral Epidemiology, alongside a strong contribution to research, service and engagement. Working within a collaborative and purpose-driven academic environment, the role contributes to UQ's ambition to create change together through impactful education, research translation and community partnership. This appointment also plays a leadership role, coordinating and guiding colleagues while supervising Higher Degree by Research candidates to successful completion. Recent UQ research advances in dentistry, including innovations in jaw reconstruction that demonstrate the University's translational impact, further underscore the dynamic and forward-looking context in which this role operates.
