Biologics Engineering (BE) is a large global organization with teams in Cambridge, MA, Gaithersburg, MD and Cambridge, UK, responsible for the discovery and optimization of next-generation biologics to create biological drug candidates across key therapeutic areas.
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Senior Scientist to join the Analytics & Mass Spec Group within the multidisciplinary Protein Analytics & Developability team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our capabilities in high throughput intact protein analysis, peptide mapping for post-translational modification, and analytical and developability assessment. Reporting to the Associate Director of the Analytics & Mass Spec Group, the Senior Scientist will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support various stages of our pipeline projects and give to the enhancement of our technology platforms through mass spectrometry and analytical techniques.
The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $116,284.00 – $174,426.00. Our positions offer eligibility for various incentives—an opportunity to receive short-term incentive bonuses, equity-based awards for salaried roles and commissions for sales roles. Benefits offered include qualified retirement programs, paid time off (i.e., vacation, holiday, and leaves), as well as health, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
