In this vital role you will apply expertise in transcriptomics, computational biology, data visualization, and mechanistic interpretation to design and execute off-target assessments for siRNA experiments, and deliver weight-of-evidence reports and regulatory draft reports. You will operate with a high degree of scientific independence and will contribute to scalable analysis pipelines (e.g. siRNA off-target assessments), FAIR data practices, and AI-enabled analytical workflows.
You will also contribute to data stewardship and modern computational capabilities that improve the efficiency, rigor, and reproducibility of workflows and nonclinical safety data and assessments.

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree PhD
OR
PharmD
OR
MD
OR
Master's degree and 3 years of experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, data science, or related discipline
OR
Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience in computational biology, bioinformatics, data science, or related discipline

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
