Laboratory Supervisor, Tulane National Biomedical Research Center Full-time NEW
The Ardeshir Lab in the Division of Microbiology at the Tulane National Biomedical Research Center is hiring a Laboratory Supervisor. The role runs day to day laboratory operations: biosafety and ABSL-2 compliance, sample logging and documentation, biobanking for nonhuman primate studies, equipment and vendor management, supply ordering, and supervision of bench staff. The supervisor keeps the lab running independently while the PI is off-site. Bench work is part of the role. Applicants should be proficient in at least one of our platforms (molecular assays such as RT-qPCR and ELISA, cell and bacterial culture, confocal microscopy, spatial transcriptomics, or multiplexed immunoassays), with training available on the rest.
